A judge in the USA has decided to have the case between Warner Bros and 20th Century Fox about the Watchmen Film heard on January the 6th 2009. 20th Century Fox are suing on the basis that they ahve the rights to make the movie and that Warner Bros have breached this by making their version.
Oh well. I guess where there’s money there are law suits - esp. when the amounts of money the watchmen Movie is likely to generate are considered. 20th Century Fox had spent over $1 million developing the movie before it got shelved.
